You Are The One Everyone Calls
You run something. That means you are the one who solves it, and you have been doing that for a long time.
- You make payroll whether or not the money showed up.
- You have let people go, then gone home and eaten dinner like nothing happened.
- You signed the personal guarantee. Nobody at your kitchen table knows what that actually means.
- You are the problem solver, the one expected to show up and not show it, and to be steady whether or not you are.
Most men in this position do not need motivation and are not looking for a program. They have run out of people they can talk straight with, and there is no obvious place to go get that.
Nothing about that changes on its own. Another year goes by and you are still the only person who knows the whole picture. Not because you are hiding it. Because there is nowhere obvious to put it down.

Nothing here is a trust exercise. Every one of these is a thing a grown man would want to do anyway, and the conversation happens while your hands are busy.
Side by sides through open terrain
Out into the desert and the mountains. Dust, throttle, and a man in the seat next to you all day.
A full day on the range
With certified instructors. Bring a handgun if you want to, or shoot what is there. Nobody is testing you.
Trauma and first aid training
Taught by a first responder. It pairs with the range day.
Topgolf, poker, and a fire at night
The parts where nobody is trying. This is where most of it actually happens.
Thursday Through Sunday
Four days on a private estate. Every meal handled by a private chef. You show up and the rest is already arranged.
Arrive
- Pickup at the Phoenix airport, then about a 30 minute drive to the estate
- Early arrivals get coffee, the pool, and the first few conversations
- Your hat, a cup with your name on it, and introductions once everyone is in

- A full day with certified instructors. Bring your own handgun or shoot what is there
- It gets physical once the running and gunning starts
- Trauma and first aid training from a first responder

- Side by sides through the Usery Mountains
- You are in the seat for most of the day
- Back at the estate for an easy evening
Out
- Breakfast and time to hang out
- A closing conversation as a group

In between, there is free time at the estate: the pool, the pool table, and plenty of conversation.
The Oldest Way Men Learn
Men have been sitting around fires for as long as there have been men. It is where the older ones told the younger ones what they learned the hard way, and where it got passed down, man to man, one generation to the next. Nobody needed a stage for it.
Every night of STATURE ends there. Tomas runs the conversation, but it goes around the circle, and a lot of what you take home you will learn from the men sitting next to you.
